Lifeline Dog Rescue is a foster-based rescue in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are not able to do this work without our wonderful fosters!Lifeline Dog Rescue believes that every dog matters. EVERY dog deserves the life they were meant to have. We work diligently to save as many dogs as we can; dogs that have been abandoned, forgotten, injured, or on the euthanization list. Our Rescue brings dogs to Wisconsin, where they go immediately into adoptive or foster homes.

We are a small dog rescue based in Southern Wisconsin. Our mission is to rescue the forgotten, the overlooked, the abandoned, who have nowhere else to turn. We are dedicated to rescuing at-risk and euthanization-listed dogs in Texas and other southern states. With the help of our wonderful fosters, we bring the dogs to Wisconsin for a second chance at life. A life where they know love and have the family they were always meant to have.At Lifeline Dog Rescue, we believe every dog deserves a second chance. Foster Program: Opening Your Home, Saving a Life

We are a foster-based Rescue! Fostering is one of the most impactful ways to support Lifeline Dog Rescue. Our foster program enables us to rescue dogs who would otherwise have nowhere to go, providing them with a safe environment while they prepare for adoption.As a foster, you play a critical role in a dog’s recovery and growth—helping them heal, learn, and thrive in a home setting. Foster families offer love, stability, and guidance that the dogs desperately need. In return, fosters experience the profound reward of knowing they directly changed a life for the better.Lifeline Dog Rescue provides support, guidance, and resources throughout the foster journey. Together, we can give every dog the chance to find a loving forever home.

Volunteer with Lifeline!We are always looking for people who can help support our mission! Whether it is helping at adoption events, driving dogs to appointments, or helping with transport day, we welcome volunteers!Ways to Volunteer:-Events-We are always looking for volunteers to work our events! During the events, we ask people to walk around introducing the dogs so that everyone can see how amazing they are!-Spread the word- Follow us on Facebook and be sure to share our posts. Your shares help show our available dogs, events, and more!-Transportation- Some foster families are not able to meet us at transport or attend our adoption events. It is important to have drivers who can pick up dogs and take them to their foster or forever families. Also, when foster cannot attend adoption events, we look for doggy chaperones to bring our pups to our events!-Have a passion or a strength! Apply to volunteer and use that to help our dogs find their forever families!
